The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites international applicants, including individuals of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to apply for full-time studies in Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD programs.

The application form can be completed in Kazakh, Russian, or English.

When completing the application form, applicants are required to provide scanned copies of the following documents:
For Bachelor's degree:

- Passport
- Previous level of education document with a transcript and supplement (if available), along with a notarized translation in Kazakh, Russian, or English (For Bachelor's degree applicants, the document confirming secondary education should have a minimum grade of "good.")
- Motivational essay in Kazakh, Russian, or English
- Letter of recommendation in Kazakh, Russian, or English from the educational institution where the applicant studied or from the employer
- Medical certificate for studying abroad, as well as a medical certificate verifying the absence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV infection) and AIDS, issued by the official health authority of the applicant's country of residence
- Application form
- Letter of invitation from the Kazakhstan university (if available)

For Master's degree:

- Passport
- Previous level of education document with a transcript and an appendix (if available), along with a notarized translation in Kazakh, Russian, or English (Bachelor's or Specialist diploma with a minimum average score of 3.0 (out of 4.0) GPA or its equivalent obtained from educational institutions)
- Motivational essay in Kazakh, Russian, or English
- Two letters of recommendation in Kazakh, Russian, or English from the educational institution where the applicant studied or from the employer
- Medical certificate for studying abroad, as well as a medical certificate verifying the absence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV infection) and AIDS, issued by the official health authority of the applicant's country of residence

- An international language proficiency certificate:
   - English: IELTS Academic (International English Language Testing System Academic) with a minimum score of 5.5
English:
- TOEFL iBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-based test) with a minimum score of 46
- TOEFL PBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language Paper-based test) with a minimum score of 453

German:
- Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang (DSH) at level B2
- TestDaF-Prüfung at level B2

French:
- TFI (Test de Français International™) with a reading and listening level not lower than B2
- DELF (Diplôme d'Études en Langue française) at level B2
- DALF (Diplôme Approfondi de Langue française) at level B2
- TCF (Test de connaissance du français) with a minimum of 50 points

Note: Individuals for whom the mentioned languages are native speakers are not required to provide an international language certificate.
